A 5-day Faculty Training workshop was conducted from 5th to 9th May 2025 in MVGR College, Vizianagaram, AP. Besides regular subjects, special emphasis was made in the workshop on leadership ethos in Indian Armed Forces.

Classes were conducted on all five days by Cmde Manoj Bhuraria (retd), a Life Coach, under the aegis of Marg-Darshan.
